These Terms and Conditions govern the use of financial literacy and security education services provided by SmartMoneyEdu. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between SmartMoneyEdu and our clients regarding the use of our financial literacy and security education services. Deviating terms from the client will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to them.
The contract is established when the client accepts our offer. Acceptance can be in writing, by email, or through implied action. By accepting, the client acknowledges these Terms and Conditions.

The prices for our services are specified in the respective service contract. All prices are subject to applicable VAT. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice issuance and can be made via the payment methods specified in the service contract.
Our refund policy for educational services is as follows:
We commit to treating all client data confidentially and using it only within the scope of the agreed services. Detailed data protection provisions can be found in our Privacy Policy.
We are liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are affected. Liability for indirect damages is excluded.
The contract can be terminated by either party with a notice period of 1 month to the end of the month. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the client at least 4 weeks before they take effect. If the client does not object within 2 weeks, the amended terms are considered accepted.
The laws of Switzerland apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich, provided the client is a merchant. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
